Job Description

Position Summary:

 

Responsible for the overall performance of their offices and designated area, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, team cohesiveness, and setting the overall tone and will to succeed attitude for their team of employees. Sets goals and standards for their associated team and makes sure that these goals and standards are met and carried out. Coordinates appropriate resources with HCRT General Manager to make sure we meet the needs of our clients in the most efficient manner for the company.  Regularly reviews and updates necessary reports.  Reports directly to Regional Manager – South.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Builds effective and efficient teams that delivers quality customer service on a consistent basis.
  • Provides leadership and growth goals for team members as well as working with teams to achieve company goals.
  • Assists in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new staff members.
  • Conducts timely performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Participates in special projects as assigned.
  • Maintains the integrity of the company and products offered by complying with federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Creates and maintains an overall ‘can-do’ attitude amongst their team, never projecting a negative attitude towards their company or its’ parent and the clients for which it is serving.
  • Holds regular meetings with their management team of Branch Managers at least on a monthly basis.
  • Along with HCRT Regional Manager - South sets standards and goals for their employees and makes sure that these goals are measured and met.
  • Ensures that all employees, subcontractors, and vendors meet the expectations and standards set by HCRT Construction.
  • At the first sign of any customer dissatisfaction with a job in their area, intervenes and immediately finds the reason for the dissatisfaction and assists their team member assigned to that job to solve the problem.
  • Gives final approval of all subcontractor invoices for their area over the Branch Manager threshold, prior to it going to accounts receivable.
  • Reviews QuickBooks Estimates Versus Actuals (EVA) and Accounts Receivables (AR) reports bi-weekly for accuracy and updating with HCRT controller. Assists with the collection of any past due invoices.
  • Maintains active Florida driver’s license.
  • Drives company vehicles in safe manner.
  • Only allows HCRT personnel to be inside of vehicle.
  • Supports work load surges and/or Catastrophe operations as needed.

  • Ensure all Branches within their territory follow standard operating procedures, maintain safety goals, comply with permitting requirements, are profitable at year end and
  • Provide analytical data as necessary utilizing the company provided software.
  • Along with HCRT Regional Manager – South, help identify and reduce company exposure to legal and general liability risks.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum of (3) three years of insurance restoration management experience required.
  • Experience in writing (not just reading) Xactimate estimates required.
  • Must have strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft office suite products. Especially Excel, Word and Visio. 
  • Experience with Quick Books, or other financial recording systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service focus / superior customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact on a professional level with internal and external personnel.
  • Results driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manages changing priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Team player, ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Must be available for after hour work and weekends when needed.
  • This position is based within an assigned region; travel throughout the region is required with occasional travel to locations beyond the assigned region.
  • Drug free per Heritage Insurance policies and procedures.
  • Active Florida driver’s license.
