Provide assistance to attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants in saving documents, calendaring and other miscellaneous tasks.



  • Save e-service, correspondence, and inter-office documents to out our litigation software.  
  • E-file documents through the e-portal.
  • Prepare simple pleadings as requested.
  • Organize files, folder and documents.
  • Review court dockets and compare to documents in our system.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and internet research tools required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact on a professional level with internal and external personnel
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment; and manages changing priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Collaborative partner; ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
