Provide assistance to attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants in saving documents, calendaring and other miscellaneous tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Save e-service, correspondence, and inter-office documents to out our litigation software.
- E-file documents through the e-portal.
- Prepare simple pleadings as requested.
- Organize files, folder and documents.
- Review court dockets and compare to documents in our system.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and internet research tools required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact on a professional level with internal and external personnel
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment; and manages changing priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Collaborative partner; ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
